"I don't know what to do"

You'll never say:

Welcome to your go-to resource for all things social studies

Free Resources >

You know the feelings:

Frustration.
Overwhelm.
Maybe even a little panic.

You’ve got a million standards to hit. A million skills to teach.

And somehow, you’re supposed to make social studies interesting too?

You’re handed a new prep or trying to level up your current course

You're Thinking:

“I want my students to actually get it… but where the hell do I start?”

(sound familiar?)

Here at Teach Hungry Movement

I equip you with the tools, education, and real-talk strategies you need to confidently teach social studies like the badass educator you are — without losing your mind (or your weekends).

Whether it’s World History, U.S. History, Economics, Civics, AP Gov, Sociology, Human Rights — or writing and discussion skills that actually stick —

I got you

Why Teach Hungry Movement?

I named this space the Teach Hungry Movement because I wanted to serve educators who are hungry — not just for better lessons, but for real growth.

The kind of teachers who care deeply, who want to get better at their craft, and who are always looking for ways to level up — even when time is tight and energy is low.

The Movement Part?

I was listening to My Shot from Hamilton when I heard the line:

“This is not a moment, it’s the movement.”

 And it hit me:

What we’re doing here isn’t temporary.

It’s not just about surviving one unit or one school year.

It’s about building a community of educators who teach with heart, hustle, and purpose — and who believe that social studies matters.

This is your invitation to join that movement.

Because if you’re hungry to grow, to do this work with confidence and creativity — even when you’re short on time —

you belong here.

Are you ready to:

  • Move beyond boring lectures and last-minute Googling?
  • Make history, government, econ, and more actually engaging?
  • Teach writing and critical thinking in ways that actually land with your students?
  • Bring the energy to your lessons — without spending hours creating them?
  • Confidently teach diverse perspectives that reflect the real world?
  • Save time with classroom-tested, research-backed resources that don’t suck?

You're In The Right pLace

Whether you're brand new or a seasoned teacher, whether you're juggling multiple preps or just trying to freshen up your classroom game —

I’m here to help you teach smarter, not harder.

This isn’t just another “download it and hope it works” kind of site.
