You’re juggling preps, grading during lunch, and sick of burning yourself out trying to make social studies stick.
Same.
I deliver classroom-ready lessons, no-nonsense strategies, and skill-building activities that help you teach confidently — without selling your soul to the weekend grind.
No fluff. No filler.
Just the good stuff.
Guesting on podcasts, on coaching cals with my delightful clients, making dinner, salsa dancing.
I started Teach Hungry Movement with one thing in mind:
Making it easier (and way more fun) for high school social studies teachers to crush it in the classroom.
Let’s be real — teacher prep programs didn’t exactly set us up for success.
After 16 years of teaching World History, U.S. History, Civics, AP Government, Economics, Sociology, and Human Rights — often all at once — I realized something:
There’s a massive gap between what teachers want to do and what they actually have time to do.

You don’t have time for guesswork.
You need resources that work — now.
And those cookie-cutter resources online? Either too fluffy, too boring, or clearly made for third graders. (You know what I’m talking about.)
I create research-backed, classroom-tested content for high school social studies teachers who want to teach history, civics, econ, and sociology — and even English Language Learners — with confidence, creativity, and heart.
You don’t have to overhaul everything overnight (and seriously, don’t).
This is a marathon, not a sprint.
But if you're ready to stop surviving and start thriving —
